chop top with sunroof

I want to do a 3-4 chop with a sunroof. (Just a pop up nothing too fancy). But all of the tech articles I have read are for a standard chop. I have yet to find anything about doing one with a sunroof. Does anyone have any idea how to do this? I just bought my first truck and I don't pick it up for two weeks but I'm hoping to do MOST of the work myself with help from a few friends, so any help on this chop you can give me would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

Do the chop, before you cut the hole for the sunroof. B/c if you cut the hole for the sunroof first & then chop the top the hole in the roof will be too big as the corners of the cab get moved outward.
