Noob lower control arm bolt question

Stupid question on the lower control arm bolt where it bolts to the frame one end is a hex nut and the head is a star bolt, where are you guys getting the tool to go on the bolt head?

Kyle gave me an idea of welding a nut to the end but I would like to save it if possible.

NM I didn't need it I just started loosening it
