juice set-up for a ranger

basically i have a 97 ranger on air. i was thinking of converting it over to juice. my problem though is i know very little about how to set it up. i know i need so many dumps for so many pumps, but i dont know how many of each to run. i've been looking at diagrams on layitlow and such, but i'm still a littl unsure as to what i need. what i'm tryin to get out of the set up would be. relativly quick but doesnt have to be nuts. and chrome dumps and pumps(there going to be in the bed), any help would be great thanks-alex
