bodydropping a b2200

i wanna know whats the easiest and safest way to bodydrop a mazda myself.....is a conventional or a stockfloor or a new frame....i heard it was easier(mazdas) to just cut the frame and weld in the box tubing, but then is it only gonna lay pinch weld ?any help would be appreciated
