Noob Bag questions

I'm a noobie to the site but not to trucks, my question is can I bag my b2200 w/ behind and under axel brackets or bag over bar 2 link without having to cut the bed on 195/50/15's? I know i can section the top rail and raise the floor.. but i'm really hoping to keep the full depth of the bed and not have to cut. Thanks.Mike
