2.3 TURBO swap

I Posted a while ago that i wanted to do a swap with a 3.8 in my ranger, in replace of my 2.3. I was told to lean more towards a 2.3T instead, and i was wondering how costly would this be, what would i have to modify, and how much time for this swap to be completed? Please write back, and post pics of turbo rangers if you have them! Tanks!
