exhaust???

I have a 96 mazda B4000 (same as ranger) and right now i have 2 chamber flowmasters on there, but there just to quiet for me, so i was gonna put on single chambered flowmasters and cut the pipes off after the miffler, what do u guys think. Has anyone ever heard this setup?
