MAJOR help needed with gauges

Just put my new white face gauges in my 95 s10 blazer and i had the needles in the exact spot (or at least i thought i did) from where they were on the original face, and now my speedometer and gas gauges are off...is there ANY quick fix to this or do i have to take the dash off and do everything over. Also, is there an easier way to get the dash off. Thanks.
