air shocks?

i just got finished talking to leif about his air shocks and he said he has no complaints. Well the reason why i'm asking is because saturday i'm putting on my 5/6 drop kit with 19s and i was jus curious if i could run air shocks out back just to play around with. Leif gets like 5" of travel with his and he is running a mono leaf and has them mounted vertically. I will be putting em on my sonoma with 3" drop belltech leafs. Does anybody have any pictures of rides running shocks out back showing the ammount of travel? I jus want something i can play around with until i save up all my money for bags. please dont tell me that i'm waisting my money and that i should just wait until i save up enough money for bags. shocks are like 30 bucks and i just want something temporary to mess around with. Besides once i get my bag stuff the shocks will be the only thing i will be out because i will use the same tank and valves and everything for the bags. Oh and has anybody ever ran air shocks on the front?
