Might Redo the rear

ok currently my rear set up is bags on bars.im thinkin about instaed of bags on bars i might put the bags on the axle because the bars drag on the ground and i want to lay completely and the bars wont last long.is this a good idea and will this change the lift or nething on the truck.thanx

it takes more pressure to lift on axle then on bars
