how would u fix this crack on my frame?

on my 93 toyota. i already got the front bracket off and its ready to be fixed. besides welding it back, what else should i do? i believe it cracked because on that square cutout in the middle of the crack wasnt welded..he stoped the bead then continued after the crack, so thats why i think it began to tear, the other side is welded fully and no cracks at all. thanks in advance
