stock Floor S-10 on 20's Few ?s

I am stock floorin my s-10 on twentys. Will i need a new master cylinder or is mine moveable enough to get out of the way? second When the steering column comes down its gonna hit this pipe going from the header up into the intake. Do i need this pipe for anything? it will work but the column will rub it a bit
