custom door panels

ok, on my LeSabre, i would like to build some fiberglass door panels for it like this:


BUT, from the factory, the door panel is 2 piece (plastic wood grain at the top) and the plastic slips in between the door skin and the window....

how would i go about making a door panel that bend and catches between the window and door like stock?
