Can U Pull a Wheel

can you guys pull a wheel? I was suprised that mine would(1/2" to 3/4" off ground) I'm just running air 2500 firestone bags on the front, 1/2" 450 psi e-valves with a viair 450 oh it only pulls the passenger side dunno why and only at 140-150 psi Just wondering if yours did
