2 batteries?!

im bout to buy that kit from summit for relocating my battery to the rear...well i wanna run 2 batteries...the one in the back for my compressor an amps..then the front for the rest of the crap...but what im needin to know is will i need a bigger altenator?! an what all do i need to do to hook this thing up!?
