what size?

i know ive been asking a lot of questions lately but here's another one....

im running 2" drop spindles. i just put a set of a.r.t. upper and lower arms on. im running a 2" cup up top. here's my problem...it isnt lifting the truck above the tires. should i run a taller cup on the top? maybe like a 4" cup.....any help is appreciated.
