cotter pin removal PLEASE HELP!!!

i have a cotter pin in the bottom ball joint thats pretty much seized in, is there and way to get this out?? its an '02 S-10 if that helps, im outta ideas, used picks, 2 now broken needle nose pliers. . .thanks for any help
