4/6 drop on 01 supercrew

anyone got a 4/6 drop on a supercrew and have any problems with anything... i wanting to drop mine 4/6 on 22's with 285/30r22's some people have said i have to notch for mu driveline and pull out my plastic inner fenders...i had a reg cab 4/6 didnt need to pull out my inner fenders pics would be nice thanks
