Getting It Slick

What grit sand paper should I use for my plastic interior pieces, what type of primer, what PSI to spray the primer, what PSI to spray the paint, what type of clear and what PSI do I need to spray that? Also, do you guys recommend bulldog to make the paint stick better? If so, when do you apply it..after the primer?..Sorry so many questions..thanks for any help.
