Air bagging 98 2wd 4-door Tahoe

What would be the best way to air bag the rear end of my 1998 2wd 4-door Chevy Tahoe?Do i have to axle flip it?All i need is about 4 to 5 inches to drop.I already have drop hangers and shackles.Any info would be greatly appreciated.
