attatching door panels?

i have some door panels i got at a salvage yard, but some of the push in things are broke so they wont stay flat on my door.. i was wondering if i can get the exact pieces anywhere, they go in a larger hole on the panel and slide over to fit snug in a smaller one and are push in type. or is there some alternative to attatch door panels without screwing from the outside? thanks
