I wanna get my truck high

I've been riding low for about 16 years,& with my present 89 mitsubishi since 97.Rather than sell it & buying a 4x4 I would like to bodylift & suspension lift it. body lift is easy,rear is easy,but does anyone know where i may find a 2 inch or so higher than stock set of coils from????
