Do ya ever feel singled out by cops!

My truck is parked in front of my house on the street. I had just woke up and walked into the living room and glanced outside the window and A cop pulled up behind my truck and got out(my truck was aired out) he walk around my truck a fewtimes and then reached into the bed and chalked my tires. as he pulled out I stepped outside and he did not stop at any other parked vehicle, what the hell.
