external fuel pump question...

i need a fuel cell for my TBI 4.3L OBS fullsize... and i need to know what external fuel pump i should get. Anybody have any experience or knowledge of what pressures i have to run? or if the holley red/black/blue pumps would work? Which would work the best? thanks in advance.
