startin a shop in idaho

i am startin a shop in boise idaho and was lookin for a possible partner or just some one who wants to help buil( some one who knows their shit that is.)I went to wyotech and i have quite a bit of experiance but is my first business venture. so if anyone has any tips that would be great.
