Getting Rims On Tuesday

I'm getting 18" rims for my B2200 on Tuesday but i'm worried that they wont fit right. I have a static drop, 4" in the back and about 2" in the front. The tires i'm getting are 225/40R18. Do you think they will fit without rubbing on the fenders?
