10 lug semi wheel adapters

Whos knows of a reputable dealer or manufacturer of 10 lug dually wheel adapters to fit semi rims. I know of chromewheel.com's but theres ending up being very poorly built and broke really easy. And does anybody know about how much this conversion costs.
