what do you guys think of this deal?

Right now i have a reg cab longbed 94 gmc. i found a complete bed that has been b/d, shaved stake pockets,gas filler, and molded roll pan for 400. only prob is the bed is a short bed and i gotta redo my frame. Is the deal on the bed worth the work?
