turn signal wiring problem on old school sdime

here goes......I've had my truck blown apart....front/back you name it...dash....I can't figure out why my turn signals won't work...I've got headlights and tail lights. All the grounding is good...I'm thinkin' I ditched some kind of wire in the dash somewhere that went to the fuse box.....I dunno......Anyone dealt with an s10 or chevy truck lighting problem??? Help would be appreciated as wiring schematics in the manuals suck.....
