Custom Phantom Grille

whats going on guys. I'm thinking about making my own phantom grille for my 97 ranger. But i'm not sure what metal i should use. i have a phantom insert laying around my garage and i was looking at that metal but i still dont know what size bars i would need. any help would b great guys thanks-alex
