Bags question

I have a 87 s10 longbed, 350 conversion. Im wanting to do a F/B bag setup as cheaply as possible.

I want to be able to dump it going down the road drag a bit and raise back up.....

I hav eno air suspension knowledge so I need to know exacly what this will take, and around how much everything from the tank compressor bags, to the rear suspension and how to do it.
