Who has the skills?

I'm not asking for a hand out. I'm looking for a rendering to get done.I want my cars top chopped off (roadster style)But I want a bunch of other stuff as well, like the interior skins capped to the doors, speedster humps behind the rear seats, waterfall type console between the rear seats w/subs, and so on.Who can do this and make it look good?Please direct me to the right guy so I'm not running around asking all the wrong people.Thanks in advance
