Help with Viair 450 being to slow

hey need some help im running a viair 450 and its taking like 12 minutes to fill a 5 gallon tank i dont know whats up its supposed to do it in like 6 minutes i thought i getting a second 450 but i need to figure out whats the deal first with this one thanks
