1990 c1500 dash and lowering question

hey i just had 2 quick question. i have a 1990 c1500 pickup and i was wondering if anyone know if i can fit a newer dash in there without going totally crazy wiring it up.

and also, i plan on doing the belltech 4/6 drop kit on it, does this require cutting the bed or can it stay stock?
