just some 3 inch mandrel u bend from dynomax, with a 37 degree cut and welded end
notched out for the upper rad hose and the rad fan cowl, oh and the nasty looking welds are just some fillers so I can grind it down and keep it all steel, no filler, that way I can ceramic coat it before I paint the outside blue.
Installed in the truck, less hose clamps, with freenline braided blue silicone hose.
It will be internally ceramic coated and painted blue on the outside.
