LED Questions

Im confused on what LEDs i should look for if i want them to have a clear lense, so when all my lights are off its just a clear or almost clear lense flush with the body. I want them to turn on 1/3 of it for my running lights, 1/3" for brake, and the ends for turn signals. Is that possible to have that exact setup, how much would it cost? different size prices would help too.
