V8 in the danger ranger

I a 1994 ford ranger that is bagged on 20s and my buddy and me are about to put a 302 in it. and bodydrop it. But I want it to be a daily driver like it is. My qusetion is what do I need to look foward to on making everything fit right and not overheat when stuck in traffic?
