Hood is still in the shop area awaiting a final coat....ran out of paint.
There are some areas im not happy with, but i painted it outside...lol

Satin red over satin black. stuck a taillight in the bucket for the picture.

Ill start putting it back together this evening. Have to to the torsion bars now, and ALOT of cleaning up the interior parts that have been sitting in the shed now for 3 months.

Its not perfect, but i think it looks evil.

I like the colors man, what kind of paint did you use?
megaglow_z   +1y
Colors are painters touch colonial red and satin black.

Ya, its a rustoleum paint job, but i did it with quart cans and an hvlp gun.
Ill end up redoing it, so i went cheap for now...lol

Had to get her on the road for a while. my daily bit the dust.

I want to do some kind of graphic under the red about 5 inches wide all the way down the truck...
Ive considered a silver tribal, or a silver strobe like stripe like on the celicas.

Any suggestions?

how is the paint on the seats and carpet holding up? I have been thinking about painting my 40/60 bench black....

still looks like when i first did it

As a note, on fabric, it seems to darken up better if you do one good coat.wait a few days, then do it again.

Again, i used DupliColor Vinyl & Fabric Paint.

here is a vid of a guy using it.

And i don't think it makes my seats rough, just be sure you don't get a bunch in one spot!
