800$ C-notch Quote

I have all the c-notch and bridge kit already but i went to some guys who told me that for the 1993 Isuzu Pups, they have to move the gas tank which is 400 bucks and cut the bed and notch it with altogether charges of 800 bucks? Is this what it should be? I never heard of a price so high... Thanx for helpin
