mazda RX7 13b swap w/Holley 600... help

if any one has done this kind of thing to a rotory motor can you help me. ive got the carb on and all vaccum ran. the timing is close but still wont start. maybe toooo much gas for it to kick over? i have seen many 13b's w/ 4 barrels on them, but i cant get this one going. thanksjason
