5 lug swap on a p'up

I got a 94 isuzu pickup and i was wondering what all parts do i need to do the 5 lug swap, a guy wants to sell me some yota parts for 200 bucks front and back. what do i all need? and will it just swap straight over or what other stuff do i need done?

also will some rims off a isuzu hombre the same bolt patern as the old school yotas or would i need adaptors
