Want to go lower.

Ok, I have cylinders on my car and want to make it lower in the front. The tucks wheel but the front needs some help. If I would cut my tower to allow my arms to come through, how much lower would I be looking at getting? My husband wants to do it but is curious as to how much lower it will let me go.
