Whats best to use to mount it....

Hey guys i just spent about an hour drawing and cutting a template out of card board for my truck. I'm gunna use 1/2 inch ply wood i think and make a raised pannel that i'll tweed than stick to my door but i'm not sure how to mount it to my door. Can anyone help?
