PLEASE HELP

i just finished instaling bags on my 90 chevy fullsize with the ekstensive rear kit, and every time my truck hits a big bump the yoke of the rear end lifts up. its dne it twice and i dunno y the bolts were tightened w/ a impact!!! please help
