bodydrop with 4.3 v6... will it work???

hey i wanna do a body drop on my b2200 but i dont know if there will be room under the hood. I i got a chevy 4.6 v6 under there and i evenchaly wanna put some 17inch mags on there. if anyone knows anythin please help!
