redrilling hubs...

ok so i have an 02 lancer now, and its lug pattern is 4x100mm. im buying some nice Motegi rims(might be enkie) with tires or $350 off a friend. could i get my hubs(6x5.5) redrilled to the 4x100?

also how much would it cost?
