LOUD LIFTERS..Whats the fix?

Guys ...i know mazda are notorious for the loud lifters and i am sure ya have had this issue..what is the fix to correct the noise, i know thiers a adjustment that has to be made, if you guys can help it be great ..Thanks in advance..
