'98 F/S Silverado, 20" offset???

looking at some 20x8.5's motto mt100's they only have a 5 1/8" backspace... i'm running belltech spindals (they push wheel out 1/2") and soon to bag... will they tuck with trimmed/narrowed fender lips??? tires will be 255/35's
