where to move Y pipe

i have a 97 fs with a 4.3 and a manual trans and the Y pipe hangs down below the frame where do i move it to. its up as far as it will go but still hangs down below the frame. i know ive seen manual trucks laid out before but no one seems to know what to do with the Y pipe
