Unibodying a Mini

How do you go about creating the unibody? Is it a steel frameing behind the outer sheetmetal like I've heard, to decrease warpage and roll? Or can you just fill the area with sheetmetal and fill the pinholes with lead? Any suggestions? Especially from the dude with the unibody blue and silver mini with the doors half grafted to the fender! Thanks guys!
